Draft notice: this policy is a working draft. It must be reviewed against the actual behavior of each game, the SDKs integrated, store Data safety declarations, and applicable laws before publishing. See CONTENT_CHECKLIST.md for open items.

1. Who We Are and Scope

VoxStarion ("we", "us") is an independent game development studio. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with (a) this website and (b) the games we publish, including Letter Rain, Letter Snake, and Sketch Squadron.

The website and the games may have different data practices. Where a game collects or shares information differently from what is described here, an app-specific privacy disclosure will be provided and linked from that game's store listing.

2. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little information as necessary. The categories below describe what may be collected; anything marked as unconfirmed must be verified against actual app behavior before this policy is finalized.

Information you provide directly

  • Messages you send us when you contact support (for example, your email address and the contents of your message).

Information collected automatically

  • to be confirmed per game — for example, device model, operating system version, app version, and crash diagnostics, if crash reporting is enabled.

Information from third-party SDKs

  • to be confirmed per game — list each integrated SDK (advertising, analytics, crash reporting) and the data it collects, per the SDK provider's documentation.

3. How Information Is Used

Information described above is used to:

  • operate and maintain our games and website;
  • respond to support requests and feedback;
  • understand aggregate usage so we can improve our games;
  • detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Advertising and Analytics

to be confirmed per game — if a game displays ads (for example via Google AdMob) or uses analytics or crash-reporting SDKs (for example Google Play services, Firebase Crashlytics), list them here with links to the providers' privacy disclosures. Do not list a service here unless it is actually integrated into the app.

5. Children's Privacy and Age-Appropriate Experiences

Our games are designed to be approachable for a general audience, but we do not assume every game is directed at children. For each game, review Google Play's Families policy and applicable child-privacy obligations (such as COPPA and GDPR-K where relevant) and document the target age group and any age-gating measures here: to be confirmed per game.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us so we can address it.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share information only as needed to operate our games and website: for example, with service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, crash reporting), and where required by law. A per-game list of third parties and the purpose of sharing: to be confirmed per game.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Support correspondence is retained to be confirmed. To request deletion of information associated with you, contact us using the details in section 12. For games with accounts, account-deletion options (in-app and/or web) will be documented here once confirmed: to be confirmed.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, such as limiting access and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

10. User Rights and Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us as described in section 12. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy as our games and practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, through in-app or store-listing notices.
